Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow.0G ("the Service"), operated by 0G Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow.0G is a unified business operations platform providing document workflow management, financial transaction matching, OKR tracking, and team collaboration tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use your data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service (e.g., training AI models, selling to third parties).

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, QuickBooks) at your direction. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when practical. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0G Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0G Group and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0G Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
